Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or peak carrier volumes, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@greenenergy-repair.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist you with the carrier’s claims process.
