Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that the returned goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Charges on Original Order
If you return an item, the cost of the standard outbound shipping paid at the time of the original purchase will be refunded to you along with the product cost. We do not refund expedited or non-standard shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at info@greenenergy-repair.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions and the shipping address.
